What we collect, why we use it, and how you stay in control.

We use your email address to confirm your request, send a receipt, and let you know when access is available. You choose whether to confirm your address. Joining does not create a platform account, guarantee an invitation date, or subscribe you to a newsletter.
We rely on your consent for this waiting-list communication. You can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing. Providing an address is optional, but we need one to contact you.
We keep your email address, signup and confirmation times, the version of the signup wording you saw, and whether you have left the list. After confirmation, you may optionally tell us whether you want to find useful starting points, share your work, or are still exploring. Any note you add is optional; please avoid including sensitive information.
We also keep limited source and delivery information, such as whether an email was accepted, delivered, bounced, or reported as unwanted. Short-lived security records help prevent repeated or abusive requests. Hosting services process technical connection information, including IP addresses, to operate and protect the site. We do not use email-open tracking or sell waiting-list information.
We count views of the public homepage and privacy page and estimate how many browsers visit each day. To avoid counting the same browser repeatedly that day, we briefly use its IP address and browser type to create a protected identifier that changes each day and is specific to this site. We do not store the raw IP address or browser type in analytics, or use analytics cookies or browser storage.
We also record a referring website’s domain or limited campaign labels, when available. We keep these labels with a signup so we can understand which sources lead to confirmed places on the list. We do not collect full URLs, search terms or confirmation links. Our private MTX Analytics dashboard receives totals only, without email addresses or visitor identifiers, and does not link people across our projects. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control browser signals. Hosting and security processing described above still applies.
This site keeps daily traffic totals for 90 days. The dashboard keeps aggregate reporting snapshots and a last-known report if updates are interrupted. Daily browser identifiers are removed on the next recorded visit after their two-day window; if collection stops, cleanup waits until it resumes. Signup source labels follow the waiting-list retention described below.
The site runs on OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Resend delivers the requested emails. These providers process information needed to run those services and may process it outside your country. Their privacy information is available from OpenAI, Cloudflare, and Resend. Contact us for information about applicable transfer safeguards.
Unconfirmed requests expire, and their stored email addresses are removed seven days after the latest signup or resend request if you have not confirmed. Confirmed entries remain while we operate the waiting list, unless you leave or request deletion. Leaving stops further waiting-list messages and removes the stored address, interests, and note from the application. An email already being delivered may still arrive. We retain limited consent, delivery, and suppression records to respect your choices and prevent unwanted mail; provider records follow their own retention policies.
Every welcome email includes a link to leave. Opening that link does not remove you automatically: you confirm the choice on the page. If the link no longer works, contact us from the address you used to join. We may need to verify that the request is yours.
You can ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, withdraw consent, and request restriction or object where applicable. You can also contact your local data protection authority. We use the information to manage this waiting list; we do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.
